Our sports rehabilitation program is built on a sport-specific, phase-based model. We don't just treat the injury - we assess the movement patterns and strength asymmetries that contributed to it, then address both simultaneously.
Jake Harrington leads our return-to-sport program using a battery of functional movement screens, limb symmetry index tests, and sport-specific performance benchmarks. Athletes don't get cleared by calendar - they get cleared when they pass the tests.

We coordinate directly with your surgeon to follow their post-operative protocol precisely while ensuring you're progressing at the rate your tissue healing allows. Our post-surgical patients receive a surgeon-coordination communication letter at every milestone visit.
Dr. Nair's expertise in orthopedic post-surgical care - particularly for total joint patients - is the reason a significant portion of our referrals come from Charlotte's orthopedic surgeons directly.
Conditions treated
Vestibular physical therapy is one of the most evidence-based and dramatically effective treatments in all of rehabilitation - and one of the most underutilized. BPPV, the most common cause of vertigo, often resolves in one or two sessions of canalith repositioning.
Our vestibular-certified therapist conducts a full videonystagmography-guided evaluation, determines the specific canal involved (anterior, posterior, or horizontal), and performs the appropriate repositioning procedure. Results are typically immediate for BPPV; longer-term conditions like chronic dizziness or concussion follow a progressive habituation and gaze-stabilization protocol.

We use dry needling as an adjunct within our PT sessions - not as a standalone billing item. When combined with corrective exercise and manual therapy, trigger-point dry needling consistently produces faster pain reduction and greater range-of-motion improvement than manual therapy alone in our clinical experience.
Jake and Dr. Nair are both certified dry needling practitioners and integrate the technique based on your clinical presentation, never as an add-on upsell.
